National Dual Training System (SLDN)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

NDTS<\/strong>\u00a0is the acronym for the\u00a0National Dual Training System.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2018Dual\u2019 means training in two learning situations, namely:
(i)\u00a0The actual workplace (company)<\/strong>\u00a0that covers\u00a070% to 80%<\/strong>\u00a0practical training<\/strong>\u00a0(performance) and;
(ii)\u00a0Training Centre<\/strong>\u00a0which cover\u00a020% to 30% of theory<\/strong>\u00a0(knowledge).<\/p>

The main objective of NDTS \u2013 To produce a knowledge worker (K-Workers) that is\u00a0<\/strong>the employees who\u00a0possess 3 (three) elements of competency,\u00a0<\/strong>which are:
(i) Technical
(ii) Social & Humanitarian
(iii) Methodologies & Learning<\/p>

NDTS is a method that is based on industry-driven training concept which is operated through collaboration between companies and training institutions. NDTS can be implemented by the following methods:
(i) Collaboration between Skill Training Centre (PLK) and
(ii) The company internal training division (in-house)<\/p><\/div>
